Teen Finance Lab offers digital courses and learning materials designed to help teens and parents learn about financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, special conditions apply to returns and refunds as outlined below.
2. No Physical Returns
All Teen Finance Lab programs are delivered online through our learning platform. There are no physical goods to return, and therefore no postal returns are necessary.

4. How to Request Assistance or a Refund

5. Exceptions
Refunds cannot be granted once a digital course has been accessed, downloaded, or completed. Courses purchased via third-party resellers are subject to their refund policies.

If you encounter technical problems (e.g., inability to access your course), please contact our support team immediately at
